Oversees project delivery and operational standards across the business, bringing decades of construction experience to the leadership team.

Manages site operations and delivery coordination, supporting project teams from planning through to completion.

Has over 28 years’ experience across social housing, private developments, commercial projects and rail contracts. As Operations Manager, he oversees project delivery, supporting tenders, planning, budgets and timescales while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Leads on all legal and land-related matters, overseeing site acquisitions, legal processes and development agreements to support the successful delivery of our projects.

Brings 25 years’ experience in compliance and people management. A Lead Auditor, responsible for maintaining Atkinsons' management systems to ISO 9001 standards and supporting managers across HR, training and compliance.
