Following significant fire damage, we were appointed as the main contractor to restore and refurbish the historic George & Dragon in Clifton, carefully returning the building to full use while preserving its distinctive character.
The project involved extensive structural repairs, including the removal of fire-damaged beams and timber joists, the installation of replacement floor structures and the implementation of specialist fire protection measures to enhance the building's resilience for the future.
Alongside the structural works, the refurbishment included the installation of a new commercial kitchen, the renovation of guest bedrooms and bathrooms, and specialist stone cleaning throughout the property.
