This project involved the design and construction of a high-quality extension to Ghyllmount Dental Practice in Penrith, delivered within a fast-track programme of just seven weeks to minimise disruption and enable the practice to become fully operational as quickly as possible.
The completed extension provides two modern dental surgeries equipped with specialist clinical equipment, alongside a dedicated consultation room, office accommodation and a spacious new waiting area. The additional facilities have increased the practice's capacity while enhancing both the patient experience and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Our experienced team delivered all aspects of the construction, including plumbing and heating, electrical installations, plastering and internal finishes. The project also incorporated specialist features such as lead-lined walls to accommodate x-ray equipment, ensuring the completed facility met all required safety and performance standards.
