The refurbishment transformed the internal layout of the building to create modern, functional office accommodation. Works included reconfiguring office spaces, kitchen facilities and washrooms through the relocation of internal partition walls, alongside a complete upgrade of the electrical and plumbing systems. The building was also fully re-plastered, redecorated and finished with contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout.
To improve accessibility and future-proof the building, a new passenger lift was installed, providing full wheelchair access to every floor and ensuring the premises can meet the needs of all users for years to come.
