A former industrial unit, works were undertaken to convert the space into modern offices. Works included the installation of a new shop front, creation of new openings for additional offices, installation of a new kitchen, and access staircase.
Electrical work was carried out to accommodate the new desk layout, along with the installation of electric heating. These upgrades ensured the property met building regulations in line with its fire risk assessment.
